Overview
Delivering a consistent retail banking experience across eight locations meant holding one standard while adapting to very different sites. We managed approvals, procurement, construction and handover, giving the bank one accountable partner across the programme.
Centralised procurement secured quality fittings at scale. Local crews and close site management kept every branch compliant with the Ghana Building Code and ready for its opening date.
